1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Condition: Items must be in good condition, meaning they must be unworn, unaltered, and free of damage by the customer. All original packaging and labels must be intact.
- Proof of Purchase: An original receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
2. Time Frame for Returns & Exchanges
- Valuables: For items such as jewelry, watches, eyewear, leather goods, and perfumes, returns or exchanges must be made within 24 hours of purchase. These items must be accompanied by the original receipt.
- Other Items: For all other items, returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase, with the original receipt.
3. Return Process

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a RIA error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- Inspection & Approval: Once we receive your returned item(s), they will be inspected. Approval or rejection of your return or exchange will be communicated within 3-5 business days.
4. Refunds
- Approved Refunds: For approved refunds, a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued if items show signs of wear, damage, or if the return request falls outside the eligible time frames.
5. Exchanges
Items can be exchanged for a similar product if in stock, or for store credit if an exchange is not possible. For defective or damaged items, please contact us immediately.
